Usage data. We use self-hosted analytics (Umami) to collect anonymized page view data — pages visited, referrer, browser type, and country-level location. No personally identifiable information is stored. No cross-site tracking.

Chat widget. If you use the chat widget on this site, your messages are processed by our backend to generate a response. Conversations may be logged for quality and safety purposes. We don't use your conversation data to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you requested
• To understand how our site is being used (aggregated, anonymized analytics only)
• To improve our services and site content

We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not share it with data brokers.

3. Data Storage and Security

Contact inquiry data is stored in our internal systems, which are self-hosted on servers we control. We apply standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.

Analytics data is stored on our self-hosted Umami instance and never transmitted to third-party analytics providers.

4. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services in limited scope:

• Google Fonts — for typography. Google's font CDN may log your IP address. You can block this via browser settings if desired.
• Lucide Icons — loaded via unpkg CDN. No personal data is collected.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. Our analytics system (Umami) uses a session cookie that expires when you close your browser and contains no personally identifiable information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of communications from us at any time
